Positions We Are Soliciting Submissions For Currently
Customer Service Representative
Shift Brokers Customer Service Representative (CSR)s help with customer relationships, client communication and quoting. CSRs will also help existing customers with requests on their policies. CSRs worth closely with our Agents to establish new business and support existing customers.
We are looking for both full time and part time CSR roles. CSRs generally have access to a hybrid working environment.
Shift Brokers requires CSRs to have a property and casualty subagent license. If you do not currently have a license, Shift Brokers can work with you to obtain one.
Automotive Marketing Representative
Shift Brokers Automotive Marketing Representative (AMR)s help make initial contact with perspective customers through digital and physical means. AMRs will attend local car events to discuss our potential products and services. AMRs also will engage in digital marketing activities to help develop new leads and opportunities for the company.
We are looking for both full time and part time AMR roles. AMR generally have access to a remote working environment.
Shift Brokers requires ARMs to have a property and casualty subagent license. If you do not currently have a license, Shift Brokers can work with you to obtain one.
